Welsh Coast MCC Summer Rally 2025 Review

🔥 Welsh Coast MCC Summer Rally 2025 – A Glorious Gower Gaggle of Mayhem 🔥

If you weren’t at the Welsh Coast MCC Summer Rally 2025, then frankly, what were you doing with your life?

Held in the mystical, slightly secretive, and definitely “where-the-heck-are-we” corner of the Swansea Gower peninsula, this rally was less of an event and more of a
spiritual awakening—with engines, leather, and a suspicious amount of cider.

The location? Unheard of. Unfindable on Google Maps. Possibly enchanted.
But once you got there (after a few wrong turns and a mild existential crisis), it was unforgettable. Think rolling hills, sea air, and the distant sound of someone trying to start a Triumph after one too many local ales.

Speaking of which—the drinks. Local ales, lagers, ciders, and possibly a potion or two brewed by a wizard in a shed. Delicious. Dangerous. Delightful. I personally sampled enough to forget how tents work.

Entertainment? Oh, it was there. Silly games were played—though I missed them all due to being deep in conversation with a bloke who once rode to Bulgaria on a moped. Priorities. But I heard tales of sack races, helmet bowling, and something involving a rubber chicken and a traffic cone. Classic rally chaos.

The bands? Sensational. From rockabilly to punk to modern rock, the music was loud, proud, and occasionally off-key in the best way possible.

One band played so hard they nearly summoned the ghost of Lemmy. We all felt it.

Now, let’s talk hosts. The Welsh Coast MCC crew? Legends. Absolute rally royalty.

They gave it their all—blood, sweat, and possibly a few tears (mostly from laughter). They even sacrificed a pasty and a bottle of Jack Daniels to the weather gods.

The gods responded with “meh” and gave us a bit of everything. Sunshine, drizzle, and a breeze that could strip paint.

And in a moment of true honour, we witnessed the patching in of two prospects to full colour members. A proper spine-tingling, beer-raising, tear-welling moment. Respect.

In summary: an unforgettable rally run by out-of-this-world people, in a location so magical it might not exist on weekdays.

If you missed it, start planning for next year. If you were there—well, you’re probably still recovering.

10/10. Would rally again
