The Ogri MCC rally will take place from 12.00 hrs on the 24th August 2012 to 12.00 hrs on 26th August 2012.

Tickets go on sale on 1st February 2012, both by post, with cheque payable to OGRI MCC and enclose an SAE and contact number, or via the link on the website.

As an idea of what to expect; in 2011 we had:-

• a real ale festival with over 30 ales / ciders / perry,
• a 24hr bar selling bitter / lager / cider / 20 different spirits / alcopops / soft drinks,
• 5 bands Friday night,
• 4 bands Saturday night,
• a custom show on Saturday afternoon with prizes given,
• live music on Saturday afternoon,
• silly games on Saturday afternoon,
• plane trips from the rally site over the Cotswolds with views of River Severn,
• 25 traders to shop at,
• a canteen tent with seating and tables, also outside seating with cover from sun/rain,
• two main food outlets, a donut van and sandwich bar,
• a large flat camping area with clean toilets. Both standard and disabled-accessible toilets.

Please note that no cars are allowed on the camping area. There is a separate car parking area which has priority for disabled cars. Therefore car passes are only issued to disabled persons until sold out of tickets. It is a bike rally so expect to be asked why you are attending in a car and to be told ‘no‘ if the reason does not satisfy us.

This is a live airfield, and we are controlled by the CAA regulations, so no fires, no dogs etc.

If you get a ticket and find you cannot go, please let us know. There is a list held of people who are willing to buy a ticket at short notice. We do not give refunds but will sell your ticket on for you if we can. The more notice we get, the more chance of selling it.
